What type of Information We Gather
Because QRTIGER PTE. LTD. allows you to add its outputs (QR Codes, URLs) on your promotional material (Print advertisements, Websites, Online Ads, Packaging etc.), you must register for an account for the desired services. The registration process asks for your personal information such as but not limited to:
- First Name, Last Name
- Email Address
- Password
By the nature of our Service, QRTIGER PTE. LTD. will gather non-personally identifiable statistics about the usage of our outputs in your promotions and store that information.
Contact Me Form on Digital vCards (Contact Collection)
Our platform allows account holders (“vCard Owners”) to create digital vCards and, if they choose, enable a feature that lets people who scan a QR code or open a vCard page (“Visitors”) voluntarily submit their contact details through a form (“Contact Me Form”). When the Contact Me Form is enabled, submitted information is stored in the vCard Owner’s dashboard.
What information may be collected
Depending on the form fields configured by the vCard Owner, the information Visitors may provide can include:
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Notes/messages and other custom fields
- Metadata such as submission time, device/browser information, IP address (for security/fraud prevention), and page/QR interaction data
Purposes of collection and use
Contact Me Form data is processed to:
- Display and store Visitor-submitted details in the vCard Owner’s dashboard
- Enable the vCard Owner to follow up with Visitors (e.g., sales/contact requests)
- Provide platform functionality (records management, exports, integrations if enabled)
- Maintain security, prevent fraud/abuse, and troubleshoot issues
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
Roles and responsibilities
For Contact Me Form data:
- The vCard Owner is the Data Controller (or “business”) of Visitor-submitted personal information because the vCard Owner decides whether to enable the Contact Me Form, what fields to collect, and how the information is used.
- QRTIGER acts as a Data Processor/service provider for the vCard Owner by solely hosting and processing the information on their behalf, and we do not sell or use Contact Me Form data for our own independent marketing purposes.
Limitations of use
This feature is not designed for collecting Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA. Do not configure or use this form for patient communications, intake, appointment requests that include medical details, or any health-related data.
Legal bases
- Visitors: Submission is typically based on consent (the Visitor voluntarily provides information) and/or legitimate interests (e.g., responding to a request).
- vCard Owners: Must ensure their own lawful basis (consent/legitimate interests/contract as applicable) for collecting and using the data.
Sharing of Contact Me Form data
Contact Me Form data is accessible to:
- The relevant vCard Owner and their authorized account users
- Our personnel and service providers (subprocessors) only as needed to operate and support the platform (e.g., hosting, security, analytics, customer support)
- Authorities or third parties, if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security
Retention
We retain Contact Me Form data for as long as the vCard Owner maintains an active account or as needed to provide the service, unless the vCard Owner deletes it earlier. We may retain limited records for backup, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance for a reasonable period.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no system is 100% secure, and the vCard Owner is responsible for controlling access to their account credentials and dashboard.
Visitor choices and rights
Visitors can choose not to submit the form. Where applicable law provides rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, etc.), requests related to Contact Me Form data should generally be directed to the vCard Owner, since they control the data. We will support the vCard Owner in fulfilling requests as required and as described in our agreements.

If Contact Me Form data is stored or processed in countries outside the Visitor’s country, we take steps designed to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (e.g., contractual protections) consistent with applicable law.
Children
Contact Me Form is not intended for children, and vCard Owners must not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental/guardian consent where required.
vCard Owner Responsibilities for Contact Me Form
If you enable the Contact Me Form, you represent and warrant that you will:
- Provide any required notices to Visitors and obtain any required consents
- Collect only information you need and use it only for lawful purposes
- Maintain appropriate security and limit access to authorized users
- Honor applicable data protection rights requests (access, deletion, etc.)
- You will not submit or permit submission of PHI (patient intake/appointment/diagnosis/treatment)
- Comply with all applicable privacy, marketing, and anti-spam laws
How do we use this information

QRTIGER PTE. LTD. has implemented reasonable security mechanisms to protect QRTIGER PTE. LTD.’ Customer Information and Customer User Data that is maintained on QRTIGER PTE. LTD.’ servers from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Examples of these security mechanisms include limited and password-protected access, high security public/private keys, encryption on processed data, and SSL encryption to protect transmission of data.
However, please keep in mind that no security system is impenetrable. It may be possible for third parties to intercept or access QRTIGER PTE. LTD.’ Customer Information and Customer User Data in spite of these measures. QRTIGER PTE. LTD. cannot guarantee the security of your information and cannot be held responsible for unauthorized access to QRTIGER PTE. LTD.’ Customer accounts.

QRTIGER PTE. LTD. retains the discretion to amend or modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to the way we collect, use or disclose Personally Identifiable Information, we will notify you by posting a clear and prominent announcement on QRTIGER PTE. QRTIGER PTE. LTD. uses remarketing to advertise across the internet. Along with the Google Analytics cookie, the DoubleClick cookie is collected by Google based on your browsing history.
