Can I resize my QR code?
You can resize your QR code file sizes by using photo-editing apps like photoshop, etc. We can only provide SVG and PNG file downloads. When printing your QR code one thing to remember is to use the SVG format to make sure your QR codes won't be pixelized when downsized or resized.
How can I scan a QR code if it’s in my phone?
You don’t need another phone to scan the QR code on your phone. Just simply use our own scanner, https://qr1.be/YIXP.
How to track data of my QR code?
Make sure to login to your account and then click “Track Data” on the upper menu. Once the page opens, choose the type of your QR code you want to track.
What does white label means?
Using our white label allows you to set your own short domain and link it to our system to create dynamic QR codes and track their date. When a user scans they will see qr1.be/GJFL. If you use your own domain, they would then see qr.yourdomain.com/GJFL. What you need do is to link your sub-domain with our servers, so you can still track data with our system.
Can I pay a month subscription for any plans?
Our plans are fixed. Regular plan can be availed on a monthly basis while advanced and premium plans are paid yearly.
How to update a dynamic QR code?
To update the URL of your dynamic QR code, click on track data on the top menu. Then, click on the 'edit button' of the dynamic QR code you want to edit the URL from. You can also change the name of your dynamic QR code.
Is it possible to have more than one user on a single subscription?
We don’t recommend to have more than one user on a single subscription for security reasons, however that is possible. You will just need to share login credentials for that account.
Do you offer discounts?
We give discounts to NGO, charity institutions and resellers for any of our yearly plans.
Will you charge automatically once my plan expires?
We don’t do automatic payments. We will send an email notification 3-5 days before your plan expires.
Do you have phone support?
To give our customers the best and quickest support we focus on e-mail support. We respond mostly in a few hours, mostly less than an hour. Feel free to ask us all your questions by email.
Can I edit the QR code design?
Customizing QR code design can be done after generating your QR code. Once the code is saved, it’s no longer editable. Only the URL and the name can be edited after saving it.
Do you keep my QR codes if my subscription expires?
Yes, if your plan expires, we will retain your data for a maximum period of 1 year.
Can I cancel or delete my account after subscription?
Yes, notify us at least 15 days before end of your term (via an email to [email protected] or through product dashboard). Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my account anytime and request for a refund?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade the level of our services at any time of your usage. In both cases, the previous remaining advance payment (if any and calculated on a pro-rata basis) will be adjusted by increasing the period of the new subscription accordingly. If you wish for a refund, a decision will be made on a case-to case basis.
Can I use QR codes for my menu bar?
Yes, by uploading your PDF or JPG menu in the “MENU” category.
How to get rid of the ad when QR code is scanned before redirecting to the destination URL?
QRTIGER ads display when users scan QR codes generated from the free trial version, but if you purchase our subscription plans, the ad will disappear.
Is there a file size limit when creating a video QR code?
Regular plan max 5MB/upload, Advanced plan 10MB/upload, Premium plan 20MB/upload.
What will happen to my QR codes if my subscription expires?
If your plan expires, we will retain your data for a maximum period of 1 year. Upon failure to renew subscription within this period, it is possible that we remove all data from your account.
Can I create more than 600 dynamic QR codes?
If you need more than 600 dynamic QR codes we charge $0.75/dynamic QR code/year extra.
How can I get my API key?
First login and get the API key to authorise in Track Data --> Account setting --> API key
